Posting terms
These terms apply when you post photos to the public map or use groups, swaps and other shared features. The app asks you to accept them before your first post.
Who can post
- You must be 13 or older.
- One person, one account. Do not pretend to be someone else.
No objectionable content
We have no tolerance for objectionable content. Do not post:
- Nudity or sexual content. Any sexual content that involves a minor is removed and reported to the authorities.
- Violence, gore, cruelty to animals or self-harm.
- Hate symbols, or content that attacks people for who they are.
- Photos of people who did not agree to be posted, or personal details such as addresses, car plates or documents.
- Illegal content, spam, advertising, or photos you do not have the right to share.
- A photo tagged with a place where it was not taken.
No abuse
- Do not harass, bully, threaten or follow people in a way they do not want.
- Do not use bots, collect other people's posts or data, or try to get around limits or security.
What we do
- Every new photo is checked automatically, and flagged photos stay hidden until a person reviews them.
- You can report any post and block any person from the app. A blocked person cannot see your posts and you do not see theirs.
- A post reported by 3 different people is hidden at once. If you report a photo because you are in it, it is removed at once.
- We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these terms and ban accounts that break them.
Your photos
- You keep the rights to your photos. By posting, you let Everywhr store, resize and show them in the app and on its pages until you delete them.
- You can delete a post at any time. Deleting your account deletes all of your posts.
Changes
If we change these terms, the version number changes and the app asks you to accept the new version before you post again.
No warranty
Everywhr is provided as it is. Shared features can be changed or stopped. Counts and places shown by other people can be wrong.
